I think the hottest take is Umbridge in the bottom- she is the most unlikable character but I find her character more interesting than the bottom tier- though maybe that is because of the actress doing such a great job

I love the thought of redeemed Draco and fanfiction ideas of him but canon Draco was just a bully but he was also just raised that way. His father who was his biggest idol was one who taught him to be that way. He wanted to be a Death Eater when he was 12 because his father was and he was 17 when he became one. He realized that it wasn’t that great and was forced to kill someone as a teenager. He was broken and would have panic/anxiety attacks every day with moaning myrtle trying to help him. He also wanted Hermione to die and was a bully but he always didn’t deserve the stuff that happened to him.

I liked that between the 74th and 75th Hunger games Peeta, Katniss and Hamitch all trained for the 75th. The book Katniss and Peeta worked on to identify different plants. She would find them or describe them and Peeta would draw them. My favorite of the ones you mentioned was the goat Lady. She comes back into the story when Katniss got trapped outside the fence and broke her foot jumping to get back in and she needed an excuse why she was so late getting home.
